Submission Guidelines
Submit Your Poetry to Assam Muse Poetry Journal
Assam Muse Poetry Journal welcomes poets from different cultures, backgrounds, and languages. Our journal aims to celebrate multilingual poetry and provide a platform for both emerging and established poets.
We invite poets to share their creative voices and contribute to a growing literary community.
Languages Accepted
We welcome poetry submissions in the following languages:
- Assamese
- English
- Hindi
- Bodo
- Mising
- Karbi
- Tiwa
- Rabha
- Other regional or international languages
Poems may also include translations where appropriate.
Submission Requirements
Please ensure that your submission follows these guidelines:
- Submit original and unpublished poems only.
- Poems should be written by the author submitting them.
- Each poet may submit up to 3 poems per issue.
- Poems should be clearly formatted and readable.
- Include the poet’s name, language of the poem, and contact email.
Format for Submission
Please send your poems in the following format:
- File format: DOC, DOCX, or PDF
- Font: Any clear standard font
- Language should be clearly mentioned

Review Process
All submissions are carefully reviewed by the editorial team.
- Selected poems will be published in upcoming issues of the journal.
- Due to the number of submissions, we may not be able to respond individually to every submission.
- Editorial decisions are final.
Copyright
The copyright of the poem remains with the author.
However, by submitting your work, you grant Assam Muse Poetry Journal permission to publish the poem in the journal and on associated platforms.
Payment / Contributor Copy
At present, Assam Muse Poetry Journal is a non-paying publication. Selected contributors may receive recognition in the published issue.
